I was really pleased with the service person taking time to explain the problem and what was needed to fix it. Fair upfront pricing and top quality work. I had a referral to Calhouns from a neighbor. Garage break down occurred on Saturday, July 28 around 7:30 pm. We called and left a message; received a call back within 30 minutes. An appointment was set up for Sunday, July 29 between 7:00am and 8:00 am (Yes, Sunday, not Monday). Service Technician (JB) arrived at 7:20 am. Told us the spring and rollers needed replacing. Got the parts and replacement was in progress. JB also explained some tips on basic maintenance and things to monitor. All repairs were completed by 8:25 am. We were very satisfied with the great and efficient service. I highly recommend Calhoun's for any garage door service, GIVE THEM A CALL!

I cannot recommend this company enough! We used them about a dozen years ago for a garage door repair and thankfully kept the contact information. I have recommended them many times over the years and when it came time to replace my garage door, I called Calhoun's. Nothing has changed in over a decade. This is a GREAT company! JB called right back, showed up to check things out, gave me a quote (great price, by the way.) And returned, on time, to replace EVERYTHING- Garage door, new tracks, new opener, sensor, molding - did an AMAZING job. This is a quality company with knowledgeable people and they still understand customer service. Again, HIGHLY recommend Calhoun's!

I called late in the afternoon to have my garage door opener replacement. Mr. Calhoun came right over after a previous appointment. He completed the install in less than an hour. He was polite and on-time. His price was also very affordable compared to other quotes I received. I would highly recommend calling Calhoun's for all your garage needs!
We met Mr. Calhoun and his son years ago when they first serviced our garage. They have excellent customer service, reasonable prices and are very friendly. I called them today with a garage sensor issue and they sent one of their technicians (JB) within a couple of hours. JB fixed the issue immediately!

Derek arrived as promised, assessed the problem in minutes, then gave me a very informative, and beneficial, education about different doors to aid my choice.
